This is our final product, the music video. The final product was a success and there was aspects of it that had to be added to our ancillary products, to create synergy, connecting them all together. The MV had a grungy affect to it that we wanted to incorporate into the products, to do this we used colour correction, the same way we did the video. Photoshop elements 11 was the technology we used to create these products, and on top of that the images we took during the filming for the music video, to again create synergy and show it is all linked.

This is the first ancillary piece. It's the digipak for the CD. This was created using photoshop and meant it was easy to manipulate the images and colours that went on it. When creating this, we had to consider all the main parts that had to be incorporated onto it, for example the bands name and title for the CD, images showing the band them self, a spine with name and date and websites, etc. These were taken all into consideration and was added to the digipak. For the main section, we used an image of the band, this shows off themselves, showing the audience who they are and what they look like, giving themselves an image. The image itself is dark and was taken during a film shoot, this links back to creating synergy and is a dark image that shows off the grungy effect more. We them added the bands name and title of the CD, for this we made the name of the band the biggest to show who they are and then the title of the CD went below, showing what it is called. When we did this it overlaid on top of the band so a layer mask was created and it was made to look like it goes behind the band. This was very effective and shows off our technology skills.
Next we created a tour date page, this shows the audience that they're doing a tour and can be seen live. It shows that they're also popular enough to do so. When creating this we had to find the right image, because with it being a long tour list, we had to find an image that shows off the band, but still has plenty of room for the text. This image was perfect for this and gave enough space to put down the tour dates, along with it showing the audience the band. When it came to creating the text, we overlaid the text, creating a shadow effect. The colour of the shadow behind the white was taken from the light in the first image, shown on the front, this makes it link and isn't a random colour that doesn't.
